Ronald Berry is a claims handler in the claims unit in Durban of Eikos Risk Applications.

Ron was born at the Marianhill Monastery in Pinetown and attended Pinetown High School, matriculating in 1970, excelling in sport, particularly rugby.

Ron joined Transnet in 1971 and after working for Portnet for two years, moved to Spoornet where he spent the next twenty six years working in the various claims divisions, and finally managing the Auction department of Transnet.

Ron joined a major broking firm in 1999, handling the Spoornet claims. When Eikos Risk Application invited Ron to join them, he accepted without hesitation.

Ron is still an avid rugby supporter.
