Louise was born in Durban, South Africa, on 18 December 1950 and educated at the Holy Cross Convent, Kokstad, obtaining a 1st class Matric in 1968.
In 1969 she joined Price Forbes Insurance Brokers in their typing pool and left to live in Rhodesia in 1975. She joined a firm of Chartered Accountants responsible for the accurate typing of all Balance Sheets and the data capture on transactions on to Debtors accounts and printing of statements at month end.
After returning to Durban in 1982 she was re-employed by Price Forbes in their Transportation Risk Management Division taking responsibility of statistics.
In 1985 she was promoted to Personal Assistant to the Managing Director, Victor Vaz. On the start-up of Eikos Risk Applications Louise was asked to join Eikos to continue her duties as Personal Assistant to Victor Vaz, the M.D. and a main Board Member.
Her hobbies include walking, relaxing to music and experimenting with her home computer.
